ACADEMY OF SELF DEFENCE is a Registered Institution with the Charity Commissioner Greater Mumbai Region having vide Registration Number E-16615 since 1996. The Purpose to start this Academy was to promote Self Defence like Karate, Kickboxing, Aikido, & Fitness through the Medium of Sports, as to encourage youngsters and put a self confidence in them so that they can Stay Fit & Defend themselves.
Academy of self Defence today is one of the biggest Martial Art Academy having its Affiliation from the Japan Karate-Do Federation Gojukai (JKF)in Japan. it is a Affiliated Member of the All India Karate-Do Federation (AIKF) Recognised by the Indian Olympic Association.Ministry of Sports & youth Affairs. It is a Member of the Maharashtra Karate Association(MKA) Recognised member of the Maharashtra Olympic Association.
